The Publishing House Dr. Hans-Juergen Grieser is bound to protect the privacy of all website visitors of the publishing house. Personal data and information are treated confidentially. Data at our disposal are only used to carry out any inquiries or orders. Below you will receive information concerning your data being collected during your website visit and how these will be used within the framework of legal instructions.

Statistics and Data Processing

Surfing on the pages of this website-offer can be made with a standard browser avoiding any critical security adjustments as for Java or Java-Script.

Any access to our website and any recall of a data of this website is protocolled. The storage is for statistical use. Protocolled will be the name of the recalled data, date and time of recall, transferred amount of data, message about successful recall, the web-browser, and the IP-address of the requesting computer.

Use and Transfer of Obtained Data

The user is only protocolled in form of the IP-address of the requesting computer. This IP will not be linked with other data. It is not possible to draw direct conclusions from the attitude of particular visitors. The protocolling of the IP address serves only to react accordingly at misuse, e.g. in case of attacks on our server.

Approximately every 100 days the log data of more than one week are released by the system. Subsequently, these data are manually erased on the server. Further interpretation or passing on of data to another person will not take place.

Cookies are not used on our website. Also no other means are used on our website to transfer visitor information to another webserver.

Use and Transfer of Personal Data

As far as you placed your personal data at our disposal, we use them only in reply to your inquiries, for transfer of required information or for handling contracts made with you and for settlement of accounts.

For purchase the transfer of invoice- and delivery-address is necessary, if applicable also the company name, as well as the e-mail address, and a phone number. Transmitting the data is codeless. Orders can also be made by mail or by fax.

The order effects the sending of a codeless mail to the publishing house and to the customer which both contain the data entered by the person ordering.

In principle delivery is made only after advance payment, an order number is generated with the order. The invoice amount is to be paid into the given account of the publishing house quoting the order number. If within 4 weeks no payment is made, the mail is erased and the data will not be used any longer.

The mail to the customer contains a link to the general terms of business of the publishing house and to the statement of data protection.
